The staff members here are always polite, the location is fantastic, and it's just a 15 km distance from the airport.

Hotel was ok but ichoosed this hotel for the advertised sauna when I got there it was out of service..... That was my biggest disappointment

Conveniently located near St Philip Neri, just 15 km from the airport 🌟. the rooms here are cozy and well-lit, featuring amenities like a shower and comfy double beds.

All of the staff was accommodating and amicable. The hotel was in a good position just next door to aeroport and a Park-Sleep&Fly. It also was in the best area.

Didn't like the area, it was disgusting.

Good location onsite in a secure area, consistently courteous staff, everything was good. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the airport of there, and the unsafest areas. I ate in the pizza restaurant nearby. The pizza bar provided pizza and grills.

Rattling windows when it was windy. It smells curry the whole stay.

Convenient location, just a short 10-minute stroll to Downsview Arena. The room was super clean and matched the pictures, featuring a spacious bathroom, cozy double beds, and a refreshing shower 🚿.

Very nice hotel, very clean and we had a good room for the price.

It's sad they couldn't provide us a wine bottle opener.

The kids really liked that there was a pool

Great location, just a short distance from Downsview Arena, with excellent hospitality from all staff members.

It was not clean and the rooms and bedding are very dated. The halls and stairwells were terrible ( especially the back stairs which were unlocked). The pool was ok but the pool deck needed a cleaning. The breakfast was very slim and all the tables were dirty ( I checked each one not being used for a clean one) and the chairs and booth seats were very dirty so we didn't even stay to eat in the morning and just left.

It's a nice hotel and the location was convenient to what I wanted and needed.

The wi-fi was not able to connect to my computer from my room. My room number 463. They asked me to move my room but my mother was not willing. The service was picked up but wasn't able to connect. That was the only thing that I didn't like about my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff here was so chill, they let us check in early. The location was spot on - we could easily walk to wherever we needed to go. The airport was just 15 km away, so getting there was a breeze! 🚶‍♀️

No means of light meal on arrival - only offered take out menu. Incomplete facilities for tea/coffee making in room - in fact no tea or coffee or milk - just a machine without a jug! Don't like papercups.Generally didn't like the area. Breakfast was poor - little choice and had already been well picked over by school children so was messy to say the least.

I liked that it was within a reasonable driving distance from the airport. The room was fine and the shower was good (strong).

The staff were not friendly. They were not rude. One of them understood/spoke English poorly so we had trouble communicating. They had trouble finding my reservation which caused a long delay. I was told that my reservation did not include breakfast but it did. That was worked out. The hotel lobby and halls needs renovations to help create a pleasant atmosphere..
